DELIVERY

We aim for complete customer satisfaction, you can expect your orders to be delivered in a timely manner, in excellent condition:

Please ensure your postal details are correct and that you provide a valid email address. We send purchase and delivery information via our email system exclusively. 

• UK mainland orders placed before 1pm are typically dispatched on the same working day, Mondays to Fridays. Orders placed on Saturdays or Sundays will be dispatched on the following Monday (excluding bank holidays). We use a 48 hour delivery service, so you can generally expect to receive your order within 2 working days. However, please do allow 3 working days before contacting us as 99% of our deliveries arrive within the designated delivery period but the 1% that doesn't will generally arrive the following day. This type of delay is caused by issues with the delivery company and is beyond our control.

• For international orders, you wil be presented with the delivery costs to your specified country, at checkout. We do not collect any taxes for international orders. For transparency; any subsequent local taxes, additonal hidden delivery fees, or other associated delivery costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.
