WARRANTY & RETURNS
By making a purchase through our retail website www.penninesocks.com, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions, as outlined below. This does not effect your statutory rights.
As per any online retail business, we do reserve the right to refuse,cancel and refund any sales made through our online store.
For transparency; we do not make arrangements for the return of any goods.
Warranty claims for faulty, lost or damaged goods should be raised with us within 14 days of the original purchase. Please get in touch with us and we will do our upmost to rectify the problem. Generally, we will ask that you return the faulty goods to us, at which point we can dispatch a replacement. In the case of warranty claims, we will refund the customer up to £5.00 for UK claims. We suggest use of the Royal Mail tracked 48 hour service. You can find our contact details and returns address here.
If you have selected the wrong style, size or colour or have simply changed your mind, you are welcome to return the goods to us within 14 days of the original purchase. Please return the goods to us in excellent, saleable, unused condition, in the original packaging. We do not cover the cost of delivery for returns of a whimsical nature. Either by phone, email or by hand written note placed inside the returns box, please let us know what you would like us to do i.e. cancel and refund or replace with another size/style, etc. Once we have received the goods, we will proceed as per the customer's instruction.
